POLLINATION STATION #14 Original Mixed Media Painting

$425.00

Pollination Station #14 is an original mixed-media painting featuring a woman in steampunk attire standing within a protected sanctuary where bees, flowers, and nature continue to thrive. Set against a dystopian landscape, the artwork imagines a future in which safe houses preserve the world’s remaining pollinators and plant life. Created by Becky Stracener Epp, this one-of-a-kind piece combines imaginative storytelling with steampunk aesthetics to celebrate resilience, hope, and the vital connection between humanity and nature.

“POLLINATION STATION #14”

“After the rise of data centers and synthetic food production, only 23 protected pollination stations remain worldwide. This is Pollination Station #14 — one of the last functioning bee sanctuaries preserving natural pollinators for future generations.”This piece involves over 200 gear materials, plus three pieces of original jewelry that I made, and it took me about 35 hours over the course of about 3 weeks.
