North America: USPS First Class Service 5-7 business days, Priority Mail Service 1-3 days. UPDATED 11-30-2020 ATTENTION: Although I will ship within 72 hours for most orders, the USPS Postal Service is currently experiencing delays. I will do my best to ensure that your package arrives at the quickest possible time. I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail, so on a “normal” day, your package arrives in 5-7 days. With the delay, it may be 7-10 days. I’m sorry if this causes any inconvenience and please message me before ordering if you need the item for a specific date. All of my items ship for a flat rate fee, with FREE Shipping on orders over $50. I ship USPS First Class mail. If you need your order shipped faster and it has free shipping, you can upgrade that shipping here.
Cancel Order/ Postpone Shippment
Cancelations and shipping postponements can be done within 24 hours of your order. Please use our cancelation form to cancel your order or postpone shipment.

All sales final (unless damaged in shipping).
At this time, due to health precautions and COVID-19, unless your purchase is damaged in shipping I can not take returns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any package marked “Return to Sender” will be charged a $5 restocking fee before being refunded. A refund is based on the condition of the returned item.
If the item is damaged in transit, I will provide a return label. I expect the damaged item to be reported immediately. Please include photo proof. Damaged items cannot be returned after 3 days of its arrival based on the shipping/tracking information provided by USPS. Report damage immediately.
We do not typically accept returns, especially on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Please note that our items are not mass-produced. Each piece is its own piece of individualized handmade art. We are two individual artists who make this jewelry and we are a small, family-owned business based in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
