Rebecca Epp, Artist & Creator of The Steampunk Buddha

Hi, I’m Rebecca Epp—artist, jewelry maker, and the creator behind The Steampunk Buddha. I design one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry with a steampunk and alternative twist, blending vintage watch parts, bold colors, and unexpected details to create truly unique pieces. Every piece I make is infused with intention—vintage watch parts, bold colors, goth glamour, a touch of whimsy, and always, a piece of my soul. Every piece I make is carefully crafted by hand, with attention to detail and a touch of my own personality woven in.
I started The Steampunk Buddha because I wanted to create art that stood out, something different from what you’d find in a typical jewelry store. Over time, it’s grown into something bigger: a place where people who don’t fit the mold can find art that speaks their language. I love mixing old and new, hard and soft, strange and beautiful. It’s about contrast, emotion, and expression. Jewelry should feel like a small piece of magic you get to wear.
Beyond jewelry, I’m also an artist known for my vibrant, detailed fantasy paintings. My work often features whimsical scenes, mushroom forests, fairies, unicorns, mermaids, and other mythical creatures, and is inspired by nature, mythology, and the cosmos. My paintings are characterized by intricate details and vibrant colors, and are influenced by the work of John William Waterhouse, Josephine Wall, Lisa Frank, and Dali.
Thanks for stopping by.
